Description CIBT, Inc., a highly specialized company servicing FORTUNE 500 clients seeks professional, team oriented and energetic individuals for entry level customer service positions requiring excellent customer service skills. Qualified individuals will be team players that thrive in a fast paced environment, with excellent problem solving, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of international document processing and/or extensive international travel experience a plus. BA/BS preferred. Russian speaker preferred but not required.  Competitive salary and benefits with a starting salary of $30,000. Metro accessible! EOE

Requirements Specific Job Tasks
· Open and process a given amount of itineraries in accordance with the office volume.
· Advise the traveler in a timely manner if there are any problems with their itinerary.
· Go through agent action list and critical list daily to ensure all itineraries are kept current.
· Ensure correct information is on each itinerary (correct codes, prices, addresses).
· Verify visas have been issued correctly by the Consulate.
· Ensure that all required travel documents are returned to the traveler in prompt manner.
· Update Traveler Profiles.
· Provide accurate information for all visa information requests.
· Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
· Return phone calls in a timely manner.
· Respond to all requests for information (forms orders) in a timely manner.
· Answer basic billing questions.
· Respond to Apollo Que’s/SABRE/Worldspan.
· Assist colleagues when necessary.
· Advise Supervisor of any learned changes in requirements.
