- Interfaces with customers’ sales executives, sales support, and underwriting areas.
- Responsible for prospecting accounts and producing revenue through new sales and/or renewals. Works under general supervision.

Arison offers its Senior Sales Executives a compensation plan that is not only fair, but it makes sense too. It motivates you to sell more. Isn't that what compensation plans are supposed to do? Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in successfully selling both Health and Life Insurance Products to Large Group Customers.
- You are currently Licensed to sell Health and Life Insurance Products in the State of Kentucky.
- Must be accustomed to earning $100k plus.
- Must be dynamic and have creative presentation/sales skills that make potential customers want to work with you.
