Employees are carefully selected based on positive work history, test scores, custom interview results, work references and background checks.  Additionally, we are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Pick/Pack Operators who have the following attributes:
 6 months to one year of continuous successful job experience, preferably in a warehouse or  industrial work environment 
 Strong inspection skills and attention to detail
 Capable of lifting 25 pounds continuously
 Experience in working in a team work setting
 Strong sense of safety awareness
 Ability to commit to overtime schedules
 Excellent attendance

In this high quality, production driven warehouse environment, a Pick/Pack Operator, will be responsible for selecting and packing products that are sent to consumers throughout the US.  Candidates will strive to meet production and quality goals on a daily basis to ensure outstanding customer service.
