Description
Jacobson Companies, a third party logistics firm with over 185 locations, is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee a 5x24 operation, 625k square foot, high volume building supporting retail grocery chains in Olive Branch, MS.
This hands-on supervisory position will handle all employee relations. Duties include but are not limited to monitoring space, equipment and manpower, making recommendations for improved process, executing efficiency in inbound and outbound operations, maintaining total customer satisfaction, and decreasing labor costs.
Requirements
The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree combined with strong verbal and written communication skills. SAP, and food grade experience is preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain is mandatory.
