PATIENT LIASION/RE-AUTHORIZATION PROFESSIONALS
3 OPEN POSITIONS

CENTRAL PHOENIX location

Please review the requirements below:

Ideal candidate will have thorough understanding of home health services and DME products needed for patient discharge. You must be able to read and understand clinical notes and have knowledge of what authorizations are needed based on those notes.

Successful candidates will have excellent negotiating skills, work well in a fast paced environment, great personality and problem solving ability. You must be able to handle large volume of calls both inbound and outbound and be accountable to meet stated objectives and results.

You will be in constant contact with Case Managers, providers,insurance companies and home health/DME companies. Strong knowledge of ICD-9 codes and have experience in understanding patient diagnosis as it relates to Home Health and DME needs.

Hours are 9-6 Tuesday - Saturday - have Sunday and Monday off!

ICD-9 coding experience
Data Entry and basic math skills are required
Medical terminology
Experience with Home Health or DME authorizations and re-authorizations
Strong negotiating skills
Great phone skills and upbeat personality
