I am looking for a person with PennDOT or PA Turnpike Bridge design experience. PennDOT is fussy about their design, and have expectations that are different from many other states. The experience should be recent, since bridge design standards have changed significantly recently.

I am looking for someone with leadership skills. They will be part of the management team here, expected to mentor and oversee the work of others, manage the bridge portion of large projects involving several bridges at one time. They are expected to monitor and control schedule and budget, and assist with preparing proposals for both schedule and budget.

I am looking for someone with 15 years experience. They will be in a position overseeing people with 10 and 12 years experience, so I cannot fill the position with someone with less experience
