Hospitality Parking Managers $35,000 to $45,000

We are seeking to fill various management positions within our family environment.

 

 Customer service is #1 and we want managers that are hands on, and should understand they will work with employees in the field and not from behind the desk. Strong outgoing, type A personality candidates, with the ability to motivate others should apply.  

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees
  • Cash and payroll auditing, budget responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain employee and client relationships
  • Set and achieve quarterly goals based on upper management expectations
  • Operations improvement by developing new procedures to enhance daily operations
  • Complete and submit accurate and timely weekly reports as required
  • Develop new procedures to enhance daily operations
  • Continuorsly focused on revenue improvement

 

 

Requirements

*    3-5 years of management experience, preferable in field environment

*    Experience supervising and managing a team of at least 10

*    Exceptionally focused and organized with complete flexibility

*    Property management, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

*    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

*    Cash handling experience

*    Understand hours may vary, and must be available as needed to work nights, weekends, and some holidays if necessary, and also work different event venues as needed

*    Must pass nationwide background checks, have valid FL license, clean driving record
