FHN is currently seeking a full-time, day-shift Occupational Therapist.
• Department: FHN Rehab Services
• Full-time
• Day shift - hours vary between 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., rotating
weekend schedule
• Bachelor's degree (BS) from a four year college or university
in Occupational Therapy; Masters degree preferred.
• Licensure required
• Customer service skills are required

JOB SUMMARY: 
Plans, organizes, and conducts occupational therapy programs for patients in an acute setting. May be involved in periodic outpatient therapy as well.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 
Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited school; two to five years related experience and/or training is preferred.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, in Illinois.
