Description Loyalty Group Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. set up to sell a full personal line of insurance to employees of Toyota Group companies. It is based in Erlanger, KY, just outside of Cincinnati, OH.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

Job Summary:
Customer service representative for personal and commercial insurance . Candidates MUST be able to Read, Write and Speak Japanese FLUENTLY.

Primary Job Duties:
Provide customer service in the form of premium quotation, application, endorsement / cancellation, and claims (personal and commercial); marketing and special projects.

Requirements Qualifications Required:
Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in Japanese & English. Requires related bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years experience with customer service. Must have insurance license or be able to obtain within first year. Must have proficient computer skills in Word & Excel.

Qualifications Desired:
Experience with Applied Systems is a plus.
