CIRCULATION MANAGER
Neighbor Newspapers is accepting applications for a Circulation Manager, in the Tulsa area. Applicants must have an extensive background in managing and supervising all areas of a circulation department. Excellent customer service skills, exceptional problem solving, and verbal and written communications skills are required. Experience in Media Span circulation software is a plus. The position is responsible for growing circulation; oversee subscriber promotion/retention program, annual budgeting, and managing relationships with delivery contractors.
This full-time position offers good pay and benefits, including paid-time off, group health and dental insurance, 401K plan.
