Field Sales – Residential and Commercial Customers

Florida Pest Control’s Palatka, FL office is searching for people who are self-motivated, and driven to succeed.

 

Our compensation package includes:

  • An competitive salary during the initial training period, with a conversion to a commission based pay plan with a base salary after successful conversion to a full sales position.

We are searching for:

 Sales Pros  – Pest Management

Our Sales Professionals meet with homeowners and sell
pest/termite control services; they must possess the ability to create self-generated leads and follow through with Company provided leads.

 


Job Requirements 

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be customer service oriented, self-motivated, and a driven closer with 2+ years of sales experience.  Candidates must progress through a comprehensive training program, learning our business and industry.  Our candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screen and comprehensive criminal background search.

 

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Generate revenue by identifying and qualifying potential commercial and residential prospects - initiating, developing, and closing sales; building account relationships.

- Build commercial and residential service sales opportunities by establishing a marketing presence which includes: researching and collecting competitive information; developing leads.

- Develop accounts by tracking and analyzing services provided; identifying and evaluating additional needs; identifying and evaluating new opportunities.

- Improves service offerings by analyzing and relaying customer reactions; monitoring competition; recommending new features and revenue streams.

- Updates job knowledge by tracking emerging trends in service offerings; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Expanding Client Base, Time Management Skills, Prospecting Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Building Relationships, People Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Dependability, Motivation for Sales, Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record and a Clean Criminal Background.
