Description
Florida Tile, one of the nation’s leading tile manufacturers and distributors, is a US subsidiary of Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche, one of Europe’s best known tile manufacturers. Since its acquisition of Florida Tile in 2006, Panarigroup has made significant investments to strengthen and grow Florida Tile’s share of the US tile market.
We now have an immediate opening for a Cash Management Analyst at our corporate office in Lexington, KY.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Analysis and reporting of cash activity, cash requirements, and projections.
- Managing all banking transactions including opening/closing accounts, preparation of documentation, and analysis review.
- Reconciling GL accounts.
- Assisting with month-end close.
- Coordinating insurance policies including processing liability claims, renewals, and analysis of company exposure.
- Working closely with internal and external auditors.
- Managing operating leases for the branches.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of Accounting experience.
- Insurance and Banking experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work with little supervision.
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment and/or AS400 platform is a big plus, as is experience in other areas of accounting and completion of some accounting courses or other post-high school education.
