Direct Sales Manager- Energy Division
Our national sales and marketing group is expanding due to client needs. We are growing at an unprecedented rate and need additional managers to hit our goals for 2009 and 2010.

DESCRIPTION
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for the maximization of market share, sales, and profits. The manager is responsible for the management of field personnel within a designated territory and the distribution of leads.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Detroit direct sales office.
Recruit, train, evaluate and develop team members.
Directly responsible for the management, planning, and administration of sales and distribution of a designated sales territory.
Manage sales, profit and operational expenses for designated sales territory.
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High School or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous energy sales experience required
Three to five years of Direct Sales Management Experience required
