Description Growing, closed-door pharmacy group with revenue in excess of $20 million is seeking an experienced staff acccountant to be part of the team. We are looking for someone who likes a rapidly changing environment and wants to make an impact developing processes and procedures within the department. Experience with integrating newly acquired businesses would be a definite plus.

The job duties includes the following:

Processing Payroll (ADP) for multiple locations
Posting customer payments
Preparation of journal entries
Account analysis and reconciliations
Maintenance of fixed assets and depreciation
Maintenance of company leases
Assistance with annual audit and qtrly bank audits
Bank reconciliations
Assistance with the monthly board and mgmt reporting package
Help with accounting system implementation
Ad Hoc reporting requests

This postion reports to the Controller but will have a great deal of interaction with the CFO as well.

Requirements Required skill set:

4 year accounting degree (or in progress)
3 years experience in a similar role
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with an accounting system conversion - definite plus!
Experience with ADP a plus
Healthcare billing/posting a plus
Detail oriented with a strong work ethic
Effective communicator
Personable and easy to get along with
