ON SITE NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT

MUST HAVE NEW HOME SALES EXPERIENCE,

Ideal candidates will:
HAVE NEW HOME SALES EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A NEW HOME BUILDER.
BE ENERGETIC, HAPPY, HUNGRY, HONEST AND HUMBLE!
Be willing to do whatever it takes with a 'can-do' attitude!
Do you believe the harder you work the more you will earn? If you answered 'yes', then this is your opportunity!
Be able to work every weekend.
Model Home hours are 10:30am to 6:30pm
40+ hour work week
Be exceptional a following up with customers, real estate agents, companies, real estate agents, etc.
Be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in written form.
Be a detail oriented team player, an effective negotiator, strategic thinking, self-starter, with strong people, listening, and presentation skills.
Experience with Builder 1440 or Sales Simplicity beneficial but not required.
Great work environment, as a single contributor with a base salary and competitive commission structure.
If you are a licensed real estate agent you will be requried to place your license on 'inactive' status as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Actively seek new home buyers
•Develop and maintain relationships with Realtor Community.
•Enthusiastically meet, greet and register all guests.
•Build rapport with customers and deliver a positive, effective sales presentation.
•Actively follow-up with prospects.
•Build value into the sale.
•Provide outstanding customer service.
•Sell and Close homes.
•Inform home buyer of the sales, construction and warranty processes.
•Keep customers informed in regard to home status, loan status and troubleshoot problems.

Relationship building, closing skills and excellent communication skills will ensure your success.
Preference given to candidates with new home sales experience selling new homes for a new home builder. If you have a real estate license, you license must be placed 'inactive' by the date of hire.
The community sales associate is responsible for actively selling the homes in the community. Position requires 40+ hours per week Registration with the state of Maryland as a new home sales representative Cold-calling Following up with customers Following up with lenders Following up with Realtors Preference given to candidates who have sold new homes for a new home builder. If you have a real estate license, licence will be required to be placed 'inactive' upon hire. Must be able to travel at least once monthly to other parts of Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, DC for sales meetings.
