Job Description
This position must have a highly motivated sales driven individual. Selected candidate will be responsible for direct sales to outpatient clinics and physician offices. This position requires strong business acumen, exceptional financial negotiating skills and a proven sales track record. Incumbent will spend approximately 20% of their time in the clinics and 80% calling on physician offices. As part of our energetic sales team you will meet or exceed monthly sales quota, generate and follow-up on sales leads, cold call to physician offices, follow-up with existing customers and conduct equipment demonstrations and evaluations.
Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years medical sales experience to the physician arena or experience which demonstrates a solid understanding of developing a new medical device or technology market. Capital equipment sales experience is a must, ophthalmology sales experience preferred. The ability to drive and develop a new medical market takes passion, intensity and a confident mature individual.
