As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be trained and responsible for:
  • Associate Capability and Retention
  • Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
  • Providing Tire and Auto Products and Services
  • Creating Results for Associates, Customers, and the Company

    Involved in every aspect of the store operation, this position involves a commitment to building associate and customer satisfaction. While selecting, coaching and developing store associates, you'll be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion of our products and services.
