Description This is a special opportunity for career minded college graduates. The Van Tuyl Dealer group is the largest privately held dealer group in the country. We are looking to hire our managers of the future. Grand Prairie Ford as the representative of the group will be hiring 4 college graduates to enter into a Management Training Program. The selected candidates will be given training in all departments of an automobile dealership.We will begin by training you to market automobiles to the general public. Once you have mastered that you will be taught to be an Assistant Sales Manager where you will learn to lead a team of sales people. You will hire, train, motivate and goal set. From there you go to our corporate Finance training school and learn the Finance end of the business. You will be given training in parts, service and body shop with the ultimate goal of creating GSM's and GM's for the future.

Requirements A degree from an accredited university
Valid Drivers license
