Independent Service Technician, Part Time

Job Description 

If you currently operate a general service/repair/maintenance type facility, and are interested in expanding your business, or are looking for a part time service technician opportunity, then this may be the position for you!

 

We have an immediate need in the Panama City, FL area for an Independent Service Technician to provide service, installation and repairs on our customers’ Scooters and Powerchairs, and are seeking a qualified individual who is committed to treating our customers with the finest possible service. 

 

As a Rascal Company Independent Service Technician, you will receive both warranty and non-warranty referrals, and lift installation referrals, allowing you the opportunity to expand on your existing business. Generous hourly rate paid for service, and mileage reimbursement available for warranty calls.

 

No selling necessary. Supplement your income on a schedule you control! 

 

 


Job Requirements 

Qualified candidates must have the ability to function as an independent contractor.

Must pass a background check and have proof of business liability insurance.

 

Electrical and/or mechanical experience is preferred; the successful candidate will be able to show a history of effective electrical troubleshooting.

 

The Service Technician should have the ability to operate various service tools including a digital multi-meter and a torque wrench.
