   SEASONAL POSITIONS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF PERMANENT PLACEMENT

Must be able to pass a CRIMINAL background investigation and CREDIT CHECKS

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle inbound calls in a casual call center environment for both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
  • Answer questions around customer requests, mailings to customers i.e. statements, fee inquiries
  • General Tax Professional calls
  • Customer Education, such as hold process, activation process, card program, collection letters, etc.
  • Reload Questions, such as MoneyGram, Greendot, Western Union, Payroll Direct Deposit
  • Self Service Questions, such as website address, card to account transfers, online card access issues, etc.
  • Escalated Issues, such as follow-up on lost/stolen cards, questions about card status, reporting a pin based dispute, reporting a card lost or stolen, etc.

Requirements

 

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
  • High-school level reading comprehension
  • Active listening skills
  • Proficiency with standard English Grammar (oral & written)
  • Effective communication skills via phone, chat and e-mail
  • 1-2 years support of Windows OS and other Microsoft products
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Ability to identify the varying levels of clients' technical competency & communicate on clients' level
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solving problems
  • Driven problem solver with exceptional technical trouble shooting skills.
  • Identify and report all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction

  • Will be responsible for handling in-bound calls within a casual call center environment
  • Desire to work in a professional and fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and strong work ethic are crucial.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn quickly is a must.
  • Organization and self-motivation are essential.
  • Previous telephone customer service experience preferred.
