Description

Our client is a Midwest-based multi-million dollar division of a multi-billion dollar corporation. They are an ISO certified manufacturer of highly engineered capital equipment employing approximately 600 with 300 hourly bargaining unit employees.

We are searching for a Vice President of Manufacturing who will report to the divisional President and be responsible for the management and leadership of the manufacturing organization.

Requirements

Bachelors degree with job related major required, MBA highly preferred
Ten years of manufacturing leadership experience (machining, fabrication & assembly preferred)
Change Agent
Lean Implementation (5S Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Error Proofing, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen Lean Metrics)
Strategic Planning/Tactical Leadership
Multi-facility (domestic & international) management experience
Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification a plus
