Job Description 

DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 3-5 years minimum Hospital experience and management.
Must have FL license and Consultant License. If relocating, a candidate must be willing to begin the process of reciprocating ASAP.

WORKING HOURS: 
Day shift M-F

MAIN DUTIES: 
The DOP will oversee 14 Full-time and Per Diem Pharmacists plus one Manager.
Responsible for drug distribution, control, and utilization.
They are essential to an effective drug selection process.
Through concurrent review and intervention their effective use will optimize medication therapy outcomes.

Located in a small community in the center of Florida, with 88 lakes within an hour drive, Disney is 90 minutes north and both coasts are only 2 hours away.
