Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs the Association's collateral custodian functions to meet the needs of customers and the Association, including monitoring and generating reports of collateral documents to meet legal requirements. Corresponds with Association personnel concerning borrowed and pending documents. Receives, releases and maintains collateral documents in accordance with Association Policies/Farm Credit Administration requirements. Performs diversified general administrative duties, including preparation, compilation, and maintenance of confidential files and records of an administrative nature. Assists in establishing a positive image. Provides administrative assistance on special projects and coordinates, maintains, and monitors assigned activities. Provides primary backup coverage for receptionist.
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Competence with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of collateral documents strongly preferred.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills

Able to work under pressure with short deadlines

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
DESIRED
Previous experience working with legal documents in a financial setting a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field OR
Equivalent of some college course work in paralegal, business administration or a related field. OR
An equivalent amount of related experience may be substituted for this academic background.
