We are looking for the top performers in the Phoenix market to help as we make our way to the top.  If you have automotive sales and sales management experience here in Phoenix, preferably with a VanTuyl store, we are looking for someone like you to put into a winning sales team and dealership.  As we gain market share in Honda, the most stable automotive brand, we need the right people to excell our group forward and we are looking for someone that wants to make the big pay check for the big job.  As an Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

§         Recruiting, training and motivating a #1 sales team

§         Progressing and closing car deals to maximize profits and paychecks

§         Conducting daily sales meetings to set goals and track performance
