Description
We have been contracted by a major call center in Andover, MA. to recruit more than 200 customer service representatives. The positions are available for a number of starts between now and January 2010.
We have a variety of days and evening shifts, 5 days / week.
These are long-term assignments and temp-to-perm (evaluation-hire) positions and involve one of the following:
- Inbound Collections
- Outbound Collections
- Customer Assistance
