Registered Nurses

 


 

 

Join our team of caring nurses at North Arundel Health and Rehab Center, a 129 bed Skilled Nursing Home in Glen Burnie, MD.

 

We have excellent opportunities available for RNs to join our caring team of nurses.

We have the following shifts available:
FT & P/T on 7-3
FT on 3-11
P/T on 11-7

FT and PT positions will work an every other weekend rotation.

Summary:


Assesses and evaluates the health status of resident / patient and provides care and treatment in accordance with physician orders and standards of practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:


  • Assesses patients by physical examination including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
  • Administers medications and treatments.
  • Participates in the care planning process and oversees implementation of the plan.
  • Supervises LPNs and nursing assistants.
  • Communicates with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
  • Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
  • Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


 

Job Requirements


Registered Nurse



Entry Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Valid State licensure as an RN.
  • Current CPR certification.

Previous Nursing Home exp preferred.
