Description

Immediate Opening- Temporary position that could lead to permanent work with Sheboygan Company. Flexible work schedule (Part-time or Full-time position). Primary responsibilities currently consist of project work within the accounting software system.

Audit Chart of Accounts, make adjustments (deletions and additions to existing accounts)
Auditing through Financial Statements

Audit General Ledger transactions as they relate to the retained earnings and make necessary adjustments
Development of weekly / monthly journal entries
Create Cash Flow Analysis Reports

Should this position lead to permanent work, payroll processing, bank reconciliations and quarterly tax reporting etc. would be added to the list of responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Required
Prefer CPA
Strong computer skills are essential
Ability to enhance current operational accounting metrics
Indentify, evaluate and develop process improvements
Strong GL abilities, journal entry, production of financial reporting and analysis
Communicate with Software provided as needed
