Required Skills:
Above Average Customer Service experience
Basic knowledge of and the ability to use major features and functions of the Internet/Intranet Browser (Some HTML)
Basic knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Lotus Notes Collaboration Database, MS Outlook electronic mail, Windows 2007 (preferred but not required)
Strong written/verbal communication skills, organizational/customer service skills, problem solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, self
motivated, professional and reliable, ability to work in diverse groups, and the ability to multi-task with attention to accuracy are required.
