Description Manager Trainee

Aaron’s is seeking outgoing, highly motivated, energetic, career-minded individuals to join our outstanding Team of Associates. We are a rapidly growing regional franchise with 10 locations in West Texas. We provide name brand appliances, electronics, computers and home furnishings to customers through sales and lease ownership plans.

We are currently hiring for the position of Manager Trainee. Our MT’s provide customer service, deliver and install products, and manage expired lease accounts in a competitive results-oriented environment. Manager Trainee’s will learn all aspects of the business in this fast-track program.

You will begin your career managing expired lease agreements, challenged with the opportunity to contact customers in a professional manner about their accounts. Phone and field collections are involved in the process. In addition, you will use your skills solving customer service issues, soliciting new business, and delivering and installing electronics, appliances and furniture.

After training and achieving company standards in collections, you will move into the next level of development. You will spend time selling and leasing products on our showroom floor, charged with the challenge of growing the customer base within a retail store. After succeeding in this position you will be elgible for Store Management.

The typical work schedule for an MT is 48 – 50 hours/week, working 5 days a week with every Sunday off and one day off during the week.

Requirements
  • Must pass criminal background screen.
  • Must pass drug test.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be able to lift and load merchandise.
  • Must be able to work 45 – 50 hours per week, including evenings until 9:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
