We now have an opening for a salaried RN Unit Coordinator, full time 1st shift and every other weekend.

The RN Unit Coordinator will oversee our 180 LTC/Skilled Unit which is dually certified Medicare/Medicaid. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medicare Guidelines, Long Term Care, and some RAI and Restorative knowledge. The right individual must be self motivated with strong communication and documentation skills, able to handle resident/family concerns and lead staff by example.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid RN license in the State of Ohio
• Experience in Medicare Guidelines and Long Term Care
• Some RAI and Restorative knowledge required
• Self motivated with strong communication and documentation skills, able to handle resident/family concerns and lead staff by example
