Description

AAA New Jersey Insurance Agency Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of AAA New Jersey Automobile Club located in Florham Park, New Jersey is looking to add a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to our staff. In this position you will support the service needs of personal lines insurance customers and policy holders. The chosen candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.

The requirements of the position are as follows:
Qualify and analyze the client's coverage needs and recommend coverage.
Evaluate the client's loss exposure and recommend alternatives.
Prepare rating quotes.
Solicit additional insurance products to round out accounts and recommend coverage and markets.
Inform clients about policy inclusions, limitations, and policy changes.
Complete applications for insurance, submit them to carriers and follow up on receipt.
Process renewals and re-markets.
Assist the client in submitting first reports of claims, follow up on status of the claim with claims department and keep client informed.
