Job Description:
Responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers, company owned shops, and authorized service centers in a multi-state area. Communications and face to face visits with our customers on a routine basis are an essential part of the Technical Customer Solutions Advisor’s job function. Provide supervision and/or advice, assistance, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration services as required. Process warranty claims, review and recommend ASC certifications, conduct RF site surveys, and assist in preparation of proposals. Review and troubleshoot customer specific software configurations. Work with engineering and technical assistance departments on field radio system configurations and problem issues. Develop, review, and oversee maintenance contracts and renewals as directed by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The Technical Customer Solutions Advisor will work in cooperation with the Contract Analyst out of the Albany, NY office and will assist in monthly financial data collection and status report generation to the RSM.
