The selected candidate will be responsible for responding to insured and agent telephone inquiries.  Analyze problems and take corrective action to ensure clients' needs are met. Process endorsements for policy changes/updates in a timely manner. Maintain a working knowledge of company underwriting procedures, guidelines and state regulations. Professionally handle telephone inquiries to provide a high level of client satisfaction.
