Job Description
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:  Manage the service and repair all plant equipment and utilities, maintain good working knowledge of building information, maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies, schedule and expedite duties in accordance with the needs of the facility.  Conduct equipment inspections of any new and/or re-worked equipment prior to release for general use. Extensive drives and controls background is a must.

EHS Manager Responsibilities: This position will also be the primary contact for safety related issues, training and reporting. Ensure the facility and its employees are in compliance with all state and Federal safety regulations. Facilitate safety training for all employees, conduct monthly facility inspections, complete OSHA forms and reports, conduct incident investigations, perform environmental studies as needed.  

 
Job Requirements
Extensive drives and controls background required. Must possess knowledge and comprehension of electrical maintenance, welding and fabrication, machining, hydraulics and pneumatics, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and other directly related maintenance functions. Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents.

Must possess experience implementing environmental health and safety mandates. Four-year technical degree or equivalent required (10 years of work experience in a related field preferably in blown film may replace education requirement). Electrical Engineering degree preferred
