Description

I have worked with this client company for 30 years and it offers a significant opportunity for the right person to impact the way the this organization strategizes / plans and execute marketing.

Sr Marketing leadership role responsible for leading product strategies and growth for current and adjacent markets
High visability opportunity. 



You will supervise product line managers, support engineering, and marketing analysis /marcom personnel.  



You will be responsible for development and implementation of product roadmaps and strategies used to meet or exceed corporate goals.

You will capture market information and translate very complex material into practical reports which can be quickly and easily understood across a broad and diverse organization.

Work with product development and sales to ensure product strategies are aligned with their needs. 

Requirements

Must have held Sr. Marketing leadership role with a manufacturer of highly engineering, long product cycle systems. 

Must have BS Engineering (MBA desired) and 10-15+ years marketing experience with at least 5 in a people management role.



Must have managed a very large portfolio of products ($500MM-$1B+) as a Sr Manager or Director of Marketing. 



Must have significant exposure to senior executive staff regularly.



Must have a demonstrated history of taking complex ideas and information and communicating that across a large organization in a pragmatic, simple format which people can readily understand and use.



Must display outstanding interpersonal skills---able to communicate in a way which garners trust and confidence by all levels of an organization.
