Requirements
The successful candidate for the Service Manager position with McCoy Freightliner of Portland will possess a thorough knowledge of the principles and practices involved with successful heavy-duty truck service management including:

Substantial (at least seven years) of supervisory level experience in a dealership or fleet setting.

Demonstrated management and leadership skills.

The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees and expand relationships with current customers while penetrating new customers to aggressively grow sales volume.

High-level interpersonal, customer service skills and personal drive, energy, enthusiasm, and “can do" attitude.
