Description
Place outbound customer/prospect calls to customers regarding company service/equipment offerings. Identify needs of customer and route call to best meet customer needs and promote business and generate revenue. Obtain accurate and necessary data and provide complete information and assistance to customers/prospectsÂ
- Place outbound customer calls to promote services and generate revenue.
- Record all customer information and call history information accurately on appropriate paperwork or electronic systems.
- Send brochures via mail or email per customer request.
- Refer sales or technical inquiries to appropriate depts.
- Ability to make outbound calls which are perceived well by customers; developing relationships with new customers, solidifying existing business relationships.
- Strong verbal (telephone) and written communication skills required.
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office products required.
