Description
BLOSSMAN GAS & APPLIANCE is seeking qualified applicants for the position of PROPANE GAS SALES / ROUTE DRIVER at our Fredericksburg, VA branch location. With 60 branch locations in 8 southern states, Blossman Gas is the largest independent propane company in America.
Our Gas Sales/Route Drivers are responsible for the safe, timely delivery of propane to customers on existing routes. This is a great position for someone who has prior propane delivery experience or experience with route sales and would enjoy driving locally in Fredericksburg and surrounding areas including Stafford, Spotsylvania, and King George counties. A valid CDL w/hazmat and tanker endorsements is required.
The position requires interacting with customers, some collections, occasional on-call duty, and being a contributing member of team work environment. Driving and delivering in all-weather conditions is routine. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must.

Requirements
GAS SALES/ROUTE DRIVER
-High School Diploma or GED
-Pass background, credit, and drug screen; score acceptably on our online profile assessment
-Valid CDL w/hazmat and tanker endorsements
-Prior Propane, route delivery, or mechanical experience strongly considered
-Enjoy customer service/route delivery work
-Ability to consistently contribute within a team environment
-Knowledge of Fredericksburg, VA and the surrounding areas is required
