Works with Service Group Managers, MOR Administrative Manager, Scheduling Supervisor, Physicians, Anesthesiology staff, and other ancillary departments and staff to plan, organize, direct, and control the daily activities involved in the effective and efficient management of the OR schedule while providing continuous and high quality service for the perioperative patient.

Responsible for Control Desk goals, objectives, policies and procedures, staffing, budgets, fiscal management, and quality improvement insuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
