Our Ponca City EarCare Hearing Aid office is looking for an office consultant. We are looking for those who have an outgoing personality and love helping people. Position involves extra training to become licensed. This is a long term career type position. We are committed to help those with hearing loss. This is a growth profession. Requirements
We have lovely offices that are dedicated to the service and fitting of hearing aids. Position involves testing, fitting, and service to our clients. There is a higher percentage of hearing loss with advancing age so we deal a lot with 55+ age demographics. We love to promote better hearing in the community so out of the office activity is also necessary. We sponsor talks and programs about hearing loss and conduct hearing screenings as a community service.
We are looking for someone that has a real love for people and a glowing personality. We use computers to program and adjust hearing aids so computer skills are necessary. Clients respond to someone that really cares about them and has good follow-up. We deal with clients on a long term basis. This makes our work rewarding and enjoyable.
Licensing is involved so training and the ability to learn is important.
Our compensation program is very aggressive. Many staff members earn $15-25 per hour or more. People have to purchase hearing aids so sales experience is important.
This work is not for everyone. A self starter and motivated person is necessary. Honesty and good work ethics is required. We don't like to micro manage so we need individuals that are reliable and dependable.
