n|Frame has an open position for a Vice President of Sales within Central Indiana. This is a highly professional sales role marketing Indiana’s leading data center hosting and related services to Indiana’s top companies.  Solutions include data center hosting of mission critical applications and web facing environments, extensive managed services for hosted customers, primary data center hosting solutions along with a heavy focus on business continuity, replication, Workplace, and call center recovery solutions.  This full time position offers competitive base pay plus bonuses and benefits, including a 401(k) plan, paid time off, company holidays, medical, dental and vision plans and life insurance.  He or she will report to the COO and General Manager.

 

Requirements

n|Frame seeks an experienced Vice President of Sales to help us build and manage a comprehensive market initiative focused on organic growth to expand our position primarily in the Central Indiana market.  The Vice President will be responsible for developing and delivering successful sales results by personal selling, recruiting, coaching and training successful account executives, identifying, researching and defining market leading products and exploring alternative avenues for marketing and channel promotion.  The Vice President will represent n|Frame at local technology networking events and develop a plan for growing awareness of our products through strategic marketing.  The successful candidate will have ten plus years of successful solution based sales experience selling services to businesses in the Indiana market with three or more years of sales leadership plus experience in hardware/software sales, professional services/solution sales, and/or data network services sales.  He or she will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and hiring, training, and managing a team of direct outside sales professionals.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a “player-coach" role in which he or she also sells and helps the sales team to focus on and close the most potentially valuable prospects.  Routine travel throughout the market to achieve objectives is required. 

 

Additional Required Qualifications and Skills:

·        Proven and demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales forecasts as measured by consistent quarter-over-quarter growth in recurring revenue.

·        Proven ability to grow existing accounts by adding additional services and extending current contracts.

·        Clear understanding of the types of services that n|Frame provides, with an emphasis on Data Center based products.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly express ideas and influence others.

·        Proven team-builder with a demonstrated ability to identify, inspire and lead salespeople to achieve truly exceptional performance.
