Hood Distribution – McQuesten Group, a national leader in the specialty wood products distribution industry, has an opening for an Assistant Branch Manager at our Milton, VT branch. 

The successful candidate should have management experience in administration/operations with skills in sales/marketing helpful.   College degree and experience in wood products is a major plus.  The successful candidate will also possess a high level of integrity, good problem solving skills, excellent leadership skills and a high energy level.

Direct responsibilities include administrative duties, leadership of the warehouse and delivery function, implementation of policies and procedures, and work with inside sales function.  Support responsibilities include financial performance, operations and expense control; support all activities directed at achieving Branch financial goals, inventory control and purchasing and work with Branch Manager to identify operational problems, organize solutions and provide support.
