We are currently recruiting for the following positions in long term care at our skilled nursing facility in PIGEON FORGE, TN:  

RN  MDS Coordinator (LTC experience as an MDS Coordinator RN required) - FULL TIME 
mostly Monday - Friday hours

            
Admission RN - 2:00p - 10:30p

Medical Records (LPN with previous experience in Medical Records) 

Ward Clerk / Unit Secretary / Central Supply - previous experience in                       LTC working in this capacity strongely preferred

C.N.A - DAYS / EVENINGS - 6:00AM - 2:30PM / 2:00PM - 10:30PM

 Minimum Requirements:  Nursing icensure in TN.  Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.  Must have genuine care for residents and be able to perform work tasks within the physical demand.  Previous long term care experience preferred.
