Love's Travel Stops & Country Store's, Inc. is now hiring for the following position:
Title: Retail Assistant Manager
Reports To: General ManagerResponsibilities:
- Promote sales growth and profits
- Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
- Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain a highly clean facility at all times
- Maintain operation of store while the General Manager is away
- Exhibit Love's pledge of 'doing what is right for our employees' at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relocation may be required for career opportunities!
- 1 - 3 years retail management or lead experience
- Experience supervising and training 2 - 6 employees
- Budget and P&L skills preferred
- PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Relocation may be required for advancement
