Description
- Support Dir of Account Management and work closely with management and sales team to develop and direct strategic account plans for key clients.
- Support Sales Executive in the sales process and implementation process. Facilitate the building of multiple level relationships with key clients.
- Maintain account profiles and data.
- Monitor, maintain and improve profitability with the client.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with assigned clients/carriers..
- Perform as communication conduit to the organization on client and industry issues.
- Anticipate future product/service needs; communicate findings to internal support teams.
- Perform as client advocate; assessing internal/external needs and making recommendations to internal support teams.
- Promote a full organizational commitment to customer service.
- Oversee the implementation of business solutions for clients.
- Be visible in the marketplace through active participation in industry events, associations and issues to support the interest of the company and our clients.
- Assess customer satisfaction, loyalty and market image through administration of a customer feedback program.
- Cross-sell services and products to existing client base.
- As needed, plan and set agenda for client visits and conferences.

Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills required.

- Travel required – 3-4 nights per month
- Able to communicate and motivate others via written media.
- Excellent customer skills.
- Effective communication and problem solving.
Experience required
- Strong insurance and call center knowledge.
- Account management experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
