Description HR Solutions is a Human Resources search, interim staffing and HR projects firm with offices in San Diego, Newport Beach, San Francisco and Chicago. Our Irvine client is looking for a contract HR Coordinator.

Job Duties:
• Generate and coordinate complex multi interviewer and multi site interview schedules via Outlook
• Arrange travel itineraries for interviewers, both domestic and international, with company’s travel department
• Ensure that candidates have a great interview experience.
• Update candidate tracking to document interviews within the company’s web based applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout the interview.
• Ensure seamless process for Candidate interviews through constant interaction with Candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Manage entire process of new hire on boarding, from creation and distribution of offer letters, data entry and hiring of new employees
• Initiate Background checks and verify accuracy of information provided by new hires
• Maintain candidate and new employee personnel files, audit new hire documents, and create personnel files.
 • Maintain confidential employment information of new hires.
• Assist International Offices with on boarding, hiring and collection of HR paperwork for new employees
• Make sound business decisions in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple projects.
Requirements

Job Requirements:

 • Must have previous heavy interview scheduling experience
• Must have previous HR or customer service experience
• Must be Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook including Outlook   calendar. ADVANCED Outlook is a must!
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate data entry
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work overtime hours when required

• MUST have experience with travel coordinator
