At Village Inn, we offer a comprehensive management training program, one that’s self-paced in which an individual learns about the various aspects of management that will be necessary for their success.  You can train in the market you live in, not having to be separated from family and friends. 

Requirements for the Assistant Manager position

• Pay range for Assistant Manager Position:  $32K - $38.5K/year

• Qualified candidates will have at least 2+ years of current management experience in fast casual, QSR, casual or family dining

• Have the ability to build a successful team

• Demonstrates ability to motivate employees with a high level of energy

• Possess the ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly

• Should show positive salary/career progression in previous work history

• Must be able to pass a background check

*****Fast track GM position:  Must have a minimum of 5 years of current restaurant management experience with at least 2 years as General Manager (required).
