In this dynamic position you will motivate both Store Management and Sales Associates to exceed expectations in sales generation, store operations, and merchandising. You'll be responsible for recruiting talented individuals to our team, developing their skills and helping them grow.

Position Requirements:
- Proven track record of highly successful multi-store management in a fast paced environment (with at least 2-3 years in retail apparel)
- Demonstrated ability to exceed goals
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to increase business through building relationships in the community and organization
