Warehouse Night Operations Manager
Hannaford is leader in the supermarket industry in New York and New England, and operates 167 stores and three distribution centers in the northeastern United States. Our company is recognized for its best in class supply chain and currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results oriented manager to join the team at our distribution center, located in Schodack Landing, NY.
In this role, you will lead a all second and third shift operations, managing 70+ associates through a team of five supervisors, The Evening Operations Manager is accountable for both inbound and outbound operations. This position’s key challenges are to create a strong team environment, drive continuous improvements and for meeting or exceeding all operational and financial performance metrics, including payroll, productivity, quality, safety, and customer service
The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background with a track record of continuous improvement. Our managers bring exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills to their roles and foster a strong associate relations culture. Qualified candidates will be proven developers of individuals and teams.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration coupled with 3-5 years of management experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing. Evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Requirements
Qualifications - A minimum of 3-5 years of salaried leadership experience in distribution, manufacturing or retail is required. A Bachelors degree in management, business administration or other related field is strongly preferred.

Must be available to work eveings,nights and weekends. Specific schedule will be discuss during interview process. This position may be required to supervise Inventory Control function as well.
