Branch Customer Service Manager

American Paper and Twine Company

American Paper & Twine Company has an immediate opening for a Branch Customer Service Manager at our Knoxville, TN branch.  American Paper & Twine Company, founded in 1926, is a wholesale distributor of Janitorial products, Packaging products, Food Service Disposables, Safety Supplies and Office Products. With 5 locations, Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Little Rock, American Paper prides itself on being one of the largest distributors of supplies in the Southeastern region.

Our ideal candidate would have 5 years of customer service and administrative services experience and would be comfortable with managerial duties.

Minimum Requirements to be considered for this position include: 

·         B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college preferred

·         Strong organizational, initiative, process and multi-tasking skills

·         Excellent written and verbal skill-sets with attention to detail and follow-up

·         Able to maintain a highly organized, efficient and productive office.

·         Advanced PC skills Action oriented and results driven.

·         Strong interpersonal skills required.

·         Demonstrates a strong work ethic, and excellent attendance record.

 

Base salary commensurate with experience. American Paper & Twine offers category training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long-term disability and a 401K.
